Salons Series

TZAVTA dinner SALON

Tzavta began with a simple idea: creating a space for meaningful conversation.

Inspired by 17th-century Parisian salons, where women-the original salonières- boosted conversation, breaking class, religion, and gender boundaries. Known for one of the forces that unleashed, they redefined what connection truly is. These salons elevated conversation to an art form, prioritizing wit, curiosity, and mutual respect over status or power. Revolutionary, they recognized conversation as an art form, prioritizing wit, curiosity, and mutual respect over status or power. They created a rare environment where ideas traveled freely, relationships deepened through dialogue, and new ways of thinking and being together were possible. Ultimately, both then and now, connection- real, transformative connection- happens in spaces of hospitality, intimacy, and thoughtful conversation.

Tzavta recreates this alchemy for our time.

CHARDONNAY WITH A CUBE OF ICE

This series celebrates women in science with the electric energy of a party. Each event features a scientist  talking about her research, followed by a full-blown dance floor experience.. It’s where science is not simplified - but humanized.

Removing prejudice, fear, anxiety, we make it fun and interesting by discovering current scientific  research happening. Connecting the science to community and the community to its research.

Short presentations, dance floor. Science and scientists are at their most accessible. And ask our scientist to  share their “summit push” most embarrassing playlist because these make up the best dancing

Why "Chardonnay with a Cube of Ice"?

For decades, the immortal “Chardonnay Housewife”- sipping white wine with ice- has scandalized people all over the world, who curiously, were deeply offended on behalf of the grape.

Chardonnay with a cube of Ice does not waste time chilling wine, nor does it apologize. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, we prefer to follow rules of thermodynamics rather than those of proper wine etiquette. We allocate time for science, dancing, and real connection.
