DAVE TRAINOR
Originally from Ontario, Dave Trainor was inspired as a child by the wonders of Disneyland and Southern California culture. By age seven, he was already sketching animals, hot rods, and monsters. A graduate of the Alberta College of Art and Design, Dave founded Dave El Diablo Inc. in 2000 — a commercial prop construction studio specializing in three-dimensional sculpture. His work has appeared in numerous productions, feature films, and television series, including Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Passchendaele, and the cult horror comedy Tucker and Dale vs. Evil. More recently, he worked on Hell on Wheels and Fargo, and has twice been nominated, alongside Gail Kennedy, for a Hollywood Makeup Guild Award.
GAIL KENNEDY
Originally from Manitoba, Gail Kennedy is an award-winning film and television makeup artist and head of the makeup department for Calgary Opera. She has received five Emmy nominations, including one in 2016 for her work on Fargo, and won an Emmy in 2007 for Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee. Gail also earned a Hollywood Makeup Guild Award for Fargo, two additional Guild nominations for Fargo Season 2, and a Canadian Screen Industries Award nomination for the film Forsaken. Her accolades further include six Alberta Motion Picture Industry Awards.
DAVID LEREANEY
David LeReaney is a renowned dialect and accent coach whose expertise has been sought after by major productions and studios. He has worked with actors such as Billy Bob Thornton and Greta Scacchi, and has taught dialects and accents at nearly every college and university in Alberta. With over 35 years of experience as an actor, director, coach, and teacher, David has appeared in or directed more than 200 plays in Alberta theatres. A prolific performer, he has also appeared in over 50 television and film productions.
